The reference 995/150G-001 is a pocket watch from Patek Philippe's Rare Handcrafts collection, a unique piece in white gold whose case back shows a puma about to spring from its cover in the forest. The case is 45 mm across and 9.72 mm high with a solid back, humidity- and dust-protected only and not water-resistant. It is delivered with a white gold stand of enamelled thorny branches whose rings are set with 112 brilliant-cut diamonds (0.7 ct), on a white marble base — Patek Philippe presents the marble as the snow of the mountains the animal lives among — set with a spessartite cabochon (0.41 ct), and with a white gold chain suspending a champlevé enamel pine-cone medallion.

The back is marquetry throughout: 276 pieces of veneer and 80 smaller inlays in 35 species of wood, chosen for colour, texture and grain, cut and assembled to give the animal its coat and the forest its depth. Around it, the border of the back, the bezel and the bow are hand-engraved with a geometric frieze whose motif is a stylised version of the cat's face. The dial is a plate of willow burl, so the wood continues to the front, with applied Breguet numerals and leaf-shaped hands in white gold; the crown carries a spessartite cabochon (0.39 ct). The movement is the manual-winding calibre 17''' LEP PS with small seconds: 38.65 mm across, 3.8 mm high, 157 parts, 18 jewels, a Breguet balance spring at 18,000 semi-oscillations an hour, at least 50 hours of reserve and the Patek Philippe Seal.
