HYPA International Pty Ltd
Shipping and Delivery
How a watch bought from HYPA reaches you, what it costs and how long it takes. Last updated 21 September 2026.
Delivery within Australia
- Cost: free. Every watch we sell is delivered anywhere in Australia at no charge, fully insured for its purchase price while in transit.
- Carrier: insured, tracked courier. We share the tracking reference with you when the watch is dispatched.
- Dispatch: within 1–3 business days of cleared payment. We accept payment by bank transfer only, so dispatch runs from the day the funds arrive, not the day the order is placed.
- Transit: 1–3 business days to most Australian addresses, so a watch normally arrives 2–6 business days after your payment clears. Remote areas can take longer.
- On delivery: a signature is required. The courier will not leave the watch unattended. We do not deliver to PO boxes, parcel lockers or freight forwarders.
- Address: we deliver only to the address of the person who paid for the watch, and we may ask for identification that matches it before dispatch. This protects you and us against fraud.
Hand delivery and collection in Melbourne
If you are in Melbourne, we can hand the watch to you in person by appointment once payment has cleared, either at our premises at 20 Queens Rd, Melbourne VIC 3004 or at a location we agree with you. Bring photo identification in the name the payment was made from. There is no charge for this.
If you would rather use your own insured courier, delivery is complete when that courier collects the watch from us, and the watch is your responsibility from that point.
International delivery
We deliver outside Australia by insured international courier. Because the cost depends on the destination and the value of the watch, we quote it for you before you confirm the purchase, and it is added to your invoice. Import duties, taxes and customs charges in the destination country are your responsibility; they are usually collected by the courier before the watch is released, and we cannot refund them. Customs inspections can add time and are outside our control. Watches are declared at their full purchase price.
Insurance and risk
Every watch we send is insured for its full purchase price from the moment it leaves us until it is signed for or handed to you. If a watch arrives damaged, do not accept a parcel that shows signs of tampering, and tell us the same day at contact@hypa.international or 0468 881 846 so we can act on the insurance. Risk in the watch passes to you when it is delivered to your address or collected.
After delivery
Please inspect the watch when it arrives. If anything is not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery — our returns and refunds policy explains what happens next. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
