Carbon TPT® bezels around a satin-finished red gold caseband, 140 pieces
The RM 33-02 is Richard Mille’s reinterpretation of the RM 033 and the first of the brand’s round automatic watches executed in Carbon TPT®. It is a limited edition of 140 pieces. The tripartite case measures 41.70 × 8.80 mm, with Carbon TPT® front and back bezels flanking a satin-finished 18K 5N red gold caseband.
The hour markers are 5N gold, mounted on two rigid titanium rails fixed between the flange and the movement, so that they stand above the skeletonised calibre rather than on a conventional dial. Indentations at 6 and 12 o’clock carry the case line into the strap.

Design and engineering
- Carbon TPT® bezels with a 5N red gold casebandCarbon TPT® is formed by layering carbon filament sheets with the weft rotated between plies, then curing under heat and pressure, so each case carries an individual striation pattern. The caseband is satin-finished 18K 5N red gold.
- Suspended gold hour markersIn 5N gold, carried on two rigid titanium rails fixed between the flange and the movement. The dial spans the entire calibre.
- Off-centre monobloc platinum micro-rotorWinds bi-directionally from a decentralised position, holding the movement to 2.60 mm.
- Movement finishingWet sandblasted and Titalyt®-treated baseplate; microblasted, hand-drawn and satin-finished surfaces; anglage produced entirely by hand.
- Case assembly14 grade 5 titanium spline screws and abrasion-resistant 316L stainless steel washers, with the lugs integrated into the case’s torque screw system; water resistant to 30 metres by two Nitrile O-ring seals.
