White-cased execution of the RM 27-01
The photograph shows a white case on the RM 27-01. Richard Mille’s material for the RM 27-01 describes a carbon case whose anthracite colour comes from the concentration of carbon nanotubes in the material itself, and no white execution appears in any source traced.
The movement architecture is that of the RM 27-01: a baseplate held in suspension by four braided steel cables 0.35 mm in diameter, a movement weighing 3.5 grammes with a grade 5 titanium baseplate and tourbillon carriage and aluminium-lithium barrel bridges and gear trains.
