This RM 17-01 carries a 5N red gold case set with princess-cut diamonds, the setting running across the bezel and continuing over the caseband and the flanks, with the crown also set. The princess cut is a square step-and-brilliant cut; it is a cut rather than a point on a coverage scale.
The movement is the RM017 manual-winding tourbillon, unchanged in specification: 23 jewels in white gold chatons, 21,600 vph, around 70 hours of power reserve, with the power-reserve scale at 2 o’clock and the function indicator at 4 o’clock.
