Overview
Snow-set red gold with a jasper centre
The red gold case is snow set across the bezel and caseband, with the dial-centre frame set to match. The panel inside it is jasper, a red-brown hardstone whose figure differs from piece to piece.
The hands are red gold and the strap is red rubber, picking up the tone of the stone.

Design and engineering
- Jasper dial centreA natural hardstone panel, cut and set into the centre plate; no two panels carry the same grain.
- Snow settingStones of differing diameters are placed to fill the surface without a repeating grid, so that no metal shows between them. It is a technique rather than a point on the coverage scale that runs from unset through one row and mid to full.
- Oversize dateSemi-instantaneous, placed horizontally under 12 o’clock, driven by two skeletonised calendar discs over a white field.
- Function selectorA push-button at 4 o’clock selects winding, neutral and hand-setting with a single push; an aperture at 4 o’clock shows W, N or H. A second push-button at 10 o’clock corrects the date.
- Baseplate and bridges in grade 5 titaniumMicroblasted and electroplasma treated for rigidity and the surface flatness the gear train requires, then validation-tested separately for strength.
- Fast-rotating barrelOne revolution in five hours rather than the conventional 7.5, which improves the mainspring’s delta curve.
