Snow-set red gold with a blue flange and an onyx centre
The red gold case is snow set across the bezel and caseband, the setting continuing onto the frame of the dial-centre plate. That frame is red gold, and inside it sits an onyx panel, matte and uniformly black against the openworked movement.
A blue flange ring follows the dial aperture, the crown is white metal, the hands are gold and the strap is grey rubber.

- Onyx dial centreA black stone panel set into the centre plate, giving a flat, uniform field for the hands to read against.
- Snow settingStones of differing diameters are placed to fill the surface without a repeating grid, so that no metal shows between them. It is a technique rather than a point on the coverage scale that runs from unset through one row and mid to full.
- Blue flangeA blue ring follows the dial aperture inside the bezel, the one coloured element on an otherwise gold and black watch.
- Oversize dateSemi-instantaneous, placed horizontally under 12 o’clock, driven by two skeletonised calendar discs over a white field.
- Function selectorA push-button at 4 o’clock selects winding, neutral and hand-setting with a single push; an aperture at 4 o’clock shows W, N or H. A second push-button at 10 o’clock corrects the date.
- Going train with 20° pressure angleDeveloped for the CRMA1, evening out discrepancies between wheel axles under thermal change and normal wear.
