The reference 5905R-010 is Patek Philippe's self-winding flyback chronograph with Annual Calendar in rose gold, which the brand presents as an alliance of two of its most sought-after complications and calls a flagship model — the brand's own characterisation. It sits in the Complications collection in a rose gold case 42 mm across and 14.03 mm high, with scalloped lugs and polished chronograph pushers.
