The reference 5905/1A-001 is Patek Philippe's self-winding flyback chronograph with Annual Calendar in steel, which the brand presents as a rare case of a complicated Patek Philippe watch in that metal, in the Complications collection. The case is polished steel, 42 mm across and 14.13 mm high, on an integrated steel bracelet with contrasting polished and satin-brushed finishes and the brand's patented fold-over clasp, secured with four independent catches.
