This RM 57-03 is cased in red gold with princess-cut diamonds set across the upper and lower bezels and continuing around the case sides, leaving the polished gold framing visible between the stone bands.
The dragon is the standard RM 57-03 sculpture: a sapphire body joined to solid red gold head, tail, limbs and spine, with red-painted tongue and eyes and a ruby tourbillon endstone.
