Overview
Developed with Airbus Corporate Jets
The RM 50-02 was made with Airbus Corporate Jets. Its case, in a titanium-aluminium alloy (TiAl) with a secondary ceramic bezel, was developed to mirror the outlines of ACJ’s typical window shape, with a clearly visible, multi-layered hull structure surround; TiAl is the same alloy Airbus uses for its jet turbine blades.
The movement is a skeletonised tourbillon split-seconds chronograph with a power-reserve display, torque indicator and function selector.

- Tourbillon split-seconds chronographTitanium split-seconds components reduce internal friction and lower the chronograph’s energy consumption, and the initial jump of the chronograph seconds hand when started and stopped is eliminated.
- Skeletonised titanium calibreOpenworked bridges and baseplate in grade 5 titanium, with extensive skeletonisation in every possible area to secure a significant weight reduction.
- Power-reserve, torque and function indicatorsA power-reserve indicator (70 hours) between 11 and 12 o’clock, a torque indicator showing the tension of the mainspring, and a function indicator for the winding, neutral and hand-setting positions.
- Torq-set® screwsThe case is assembled with 20 Torq-set® screws in grade 5 titanium, a first for the brand, and the torque-limiting crown is inspired by a jet engine and engraved with Airbus’s wave-pattern logo.
- Sapphire crystals front and backThe movement is visible from both faces.
