Diamond and black sapphire panda integrated into the tourbillon
The RM 26-01 places a panda within the movement. Sculpted in 18k white gold and integrated into the tourbillon, it is set entirely with diamonds and black sapphires, and sits in a bamboo forest whose leaves and bark are hand-sculpted from yellow gold and painted by hand.
The baseplate is black onyx, the same material Richard Mille used for the RM 026. The edition runs to 30 timepieces, produced in 18k red gold and white gold; this record is the white gold execution.

Design and engineering
- Panda integrated into the tourbillonThe panda is not applied to the dial: it is sculpted in 18k white gold and built into the tourbillon itself, set with diamonds and black sapphires.
