The snow setting on this RM 17-01 covers the bezel, caseband and flanks with brilliant-cut diamonds of varying diameter, arranged so that the metal between them is not visible as a regular grid. Snow setting is a technique rather than a coverage tier: stone sizes are chosen and placed individually to fill the surface.
The case and movement are otherwise those of the standard RM 17-01 — a tonneau case of 48.15 × 40.10 × 13.08 mm around the manual-winding tourbillon calibre, with around 70 hours of power reserve.
