Design and engineering
- Green sapphire caseMachined from sections cut from a single block of coloured sapphire, requiring almost forty days of machining and finishing.
- One row settingA single line of stones follows the case. Laser mitraillage to the nearest micron drills the holes, and separately made hand-polished gold prongs hold the stones.
- Calibre CRMA5Skeletonised in-house automatic movement with hours, minutes and variable-geometry rotor. White gold baseplate and bridges are specified for the green version.
- Gear teeth profileAll going trains in the CRMA5 use a 20° pressure angle tooth profile, equalising discrepancies between wheel axles and supporting torque transmission.
- Spline screws in grade 5 titaniumUsed for both case and bridges, allowing controlled torque during assembly.
