Titanium with red gold lugs, Richard Mille’s diver’s tourbillon chronograph
An RM 025 in titanium with red gold lugs, on a black strap. The unidirectional bezel carries red five-minute markers for the first quarter.
Introduced in 2009, the RM 025 was Richard Mille’s watch for diving. Water resistance of 300 metres is only possible at that depth with a round case, so it breaks with the brand’s familiar shape. Inside is the calibre RM025, a carbon nanofibre tourbillon chronograph based on the RM 008. Its assembly was so demanding that only a highly limited number could be made each year.

- Round case for depthA tripartite round case with the lugs integrated into the case’s torque screw system, a torque-limiting crown and a new design of watertight pushers.
- Unidirectional bezelBuilt of three layers joined by 24 screws, turning one way only, and screwed to the case so that it cannot be dislodged or loosened.
- Carbon nanofibre calibreThe RM025 unites a tourbillon with a chronograph on a carbon nanofibre movement based on the calibre RM 008.
