The Patek Philippe Nautilus Haute Joaillerie, reference 7118/1451G-001, in white gold snow-set with 1,500 brilliant-cut diamonds (6.53 cts) and 876 blue sapphires (6.58 cts), on the white gold bracelet. Self-winding calibre 26-330 S with sweep seconds and stop-seconds; 35.2 mm from 10 to 4 o'clock, 8.65 mm high.
The reference 7118 in this coloured-stone Haute Joaillerie execution is the ladies' Nautilus in Haute Joaillerie paved with 1,500 brilliant-cut diamonds (6.53 cts) and 876 blue sapphires, in white gold. The diamonds cover the dial (283, 1.07 cts), the case (241, 1.08 cts) and the outer runs of the bracelet (976, 4.38 cts); the coloured stones take the bezel (367), the bracelet's central links (497) and the 12 ogival hour markers, so the colour reads as two bands, one around the dial and one down the middle of the bracelet. The case is 35.2 mm from 10 to 4 o'clock and 8.65 mm high, with a sapphire crystal back.
Case, bezel and bracelet are set by the technique Patek Philippe calls snow setting, in which stones of differing sizes are placed without a regular grid. Beneath is the self-winding calibre 26-330 S, the sweep-seconds version of the calibre without a date: 27 mm across, 3.32 mm high, 181 parts, 29 jewels, a 21K gold central rotor, a Gyromax® balance with a Spiromax® balance spring at 28,800 semi-oscillations an hour, and a power reserve of at least 45 hours, on view through the sapphire crystal back. The dial is an 18K gold plate with charcoal grey white gold alpha-style hands with white luminescent coating.
