The reference 7118 in this coloured-stone Haute Joaillerie execution is the ladies' Nautilus in Haute Joaillerie paved with 1,500 brilliant-cut diamonds (6.53 cts) and 876 emeralds, in white gold. The diamonds cover the dial (283, 1.07 cts), the case (241, 1.08 cts) and the outer runs of the bracelet (976, 4.38 cts); the coloured stones take the bezel (367), the bracelet's central links (497) and the 12 ogival hour markers, so the colour reads as two bands, one around the dial and one down the middle of the bracelet. The case is 35.2 mm from 10 to 4 o'clock and 8.65 mm high, with a sapphire crystal back.
