The Patek Philippe Nautilus Joaillerie, reference 5723/112R-001, in rose gold on the rose gold bracelet, bezel set with 32 baguette-cut rubies (4 cts), sunburst brown dial with a black-gradient rim. Self-winding calibre 26-330 S C with date at 3 o'clock, sweep seconds and stop-seconds; 40 mm from 10 to 4 o'clock, 8.7 mm high.
This execution replaces the diamonds with rubies: 32 baguette-cut rubies (4 cts) on the bezel and 12 on the baton-style rose gold hour markers (0.24 ct), 44 baguette-cut rubies (4.24 cts) by Patek Philippe's count, over a sunburst brown dial with a black-gradient rim.
The reference 5723 is the Nautilus with date and sweep seconds in rose gold with its bezel set with 32 baguette-cut stones, on a rose gold bracelet, in a 40 mm case 8.7 mm high. Every dial is horizontally embossed and every hour marker is a baton set with a baguette stone; case, bezel and bracelet are finished in contrasting polished and satin surfaces, with a screw-down crown and a sapphire crystal back.
The self-winding calibre 26-330 S C is the brand's date-and-sweep-seconds automatic: 27 mm across, 3.32 mm high, 207 parts, 30 jewels, wound by a 21K gold central rotor. Patek Philippe names its stop-seconds function, which halts the seconds hand when the crown is pulled so the time can be set to the second, and the date in an aperture at 3 o'clock. It runs at 28,800 semi-oscillations an hour on a Gyromax® balance with a Spiromax® balance spring, for 35 to 45 hours of power reserve, and carries the Patek Philippe Seal.

Patek Philippe gives the setting in two lines: 32 baguettes on the bezel and 12 on the hour markers, 44 stones in all. The bezel setting is what the Joaillerie name refers to.
