The Patek Philippe Nautilus Joaillerie, reference 5711/110P-001, in platinum on the platinum bracelet, bezel set with 32 baguette-cut diamonds (3.79 cts), sunburst charcoal grey dial with a black-gradient rim. Self-winding calibre 26-330 S C with date at 3 o'clock, sweep seconds and stop-seconds; 40 mm from 10 to 4 o'clock, 8.3 mm high.
The reference 5711 in this form is the Nautilus with date and sweep seconds in platinum, its octagonal bezel set with 32 baguette-cut stones and its 12 baton-style hour markers each set with a baguette, over a sunburst charcoal grey dial with a black-gradient rim, horizontally embossed. A brilliant-cut diamond is set into the case at 6 o'clock. The case is 40 mm from 10 to 4 o'clock and 8.3 mm high, with a screw-down crown and a sapphire crystal back.
The self-winding calibre 26-330 S C is the brand's date-and-sweep-seconds automatic: 27 mm across, 3.32 mm high, 207 parts, 30 jewels, wound by a 21K gold central rotor. Patek Philippe names its stop-seconds function, which halts the seconds hand when the crown is pulled so the time can be set to the second, and the date in an aperture at 3 o'clock. It runs at 28,800 semi-oscillations an hour on a Gyromax® balance with a Spiromax® balance spring, for 35 to 45 hours of power reserve, and carries the Patek Philippe Seal.
