The Luce with a baguette bezel
The Patek Philippe Aquanaut Luce Joaillerie, reference 5072R-001, in rose gold with 50 baguette-cut diamonds on the bezel and clasp, an engraved beige mother-of-pearl dial, on a pearly beige composite strap. Self-winding calibre 26-330 S C with date at 3 o'clock, sweep seconds and stop-seconds; 35.6 mm from 10 to 4 o'clock, 8.5 mm high.
The reference 5072R-001 is the Aquanaut Luce Joaillerie in rose gold, the collection's smaller case at 35.6 mm from 10 to 4 o'clock and 8.5 mm high, with the bezel and the fold-over clasp set with baguette-cut diamonds. The dial is engraved mother-of-pearl in a two-tone beige checkerboard, which Patek Philippe presents as lit by the stones around it, with brown-varnished rose gold applied numerals and diamond hour markers. The strap is pearly beige composite material, and the case is finished in contrasting polished and satin-brushed surfaces with a screw-down crown and a sapphire crystal back.
The movement is the self-winding calibre 26-330 S C with date in an aperture and sweep seconds: 27 mm across, 3.59 mm high, 215 parts and 30 jewels, wound by a 21K gold central rotor, with the stop-seconds function Patek Philippe names, which halts the seconds hand when the crown is pulled so the time can be set to the second. It runs at 28,800 semi-oscillations an hour on a Gyromax® balance with a Spiromax® balance spring, for a power reserve of 35 to 45 hours, and carries the Patek Philippe Seal.
