The Vacheron Constantin Patrimony Self-Winding, reference 85180/000R-B515, in 18K pink gold, with a midnight blue sunburst-finished dial on a dark blue alligator strap and 18K pink gold Ardillon buckle. Self-winding calibre 2450 Q6/3 with central seconds and date; 40 mm, 8.55 mm high, certified to the Hallmark of Geneva.
This is Vacheron Constantin's standard-production Patrimony Self-Winding, built on calibre 2450 Q6/3 in a 40 mm case, 8.55 mm high. It carries a 'pearl'-style minute track in the outer zone, a date aperture, and 18K gold baton-type hands and applied hour-markers. The case has a convex outer zone and a transparent sapphire case back, water-resistant to 30 m.
The self-winding calibre 2450 Q6/3 provides hours, minutes, central seconds and the date: it measures 26.2 mm across and 3.6 mm high, with 196 parts and 27 jewels, running at 28,800 V.P.H. (4 Hz) for a stated 40-hour power reserve. The case back is transparent sapphire, and the brand notes it shows a 22K gold oscillating weight worked around the Maltese cross. The watch is certified to the Hallmark of Geneva, the mark the Republic and Canton of Geneva introduced in 1886, which the brand presents as a mark of reliability and traceable origin rather than any single technical figure.
