This is Vacheron Constantin's standard-production Patrimony Self-Winding, built on calibre 2450 Q6/3 in a 40 mm case, 8.55 mm high. It carries a 'pearl'-style minute track in the outer zone, a date aperture, and 18K gold baton-type hands and applied hour-markers. The case has a convex outer zone and a transparent sapphire case back, water-resistant to 30 m.
The self-winding calibre 2450 Q6/3 provides hours, minutes, central seconds and the date: it measures 26.2 mm across and 3.6 mm high, with 196 parts and 27 jewels, running at 28,800 V.P.H. (4 Hz) for a stated 40-hour power reserve. The case back is transparent sapphire, and the brand notes it shows a 22K gold oscillating weight worked around the Maltese cross.
