The reference 5000H/000R-B059 is Vacheron Constantin's Historiques Cornes de Vache 1955, offered in 18K pink gold and in stainless steel; the brand's page ties the case's flared lug shape to its own 1955 chronograph, reference 6087, which it describes as its first water-resistant chronograph.
