This execution is the same Traditionnelle Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin case and calibre 1120 QP movement as the white gold reference, in 18K pink gold. The silver-toned dial, hour-markers and hands are unchanged -- 18K 5N pink gold throughout, now matching the case rather than contrasting with it -- and the watch is worn on a dark blue alligator leather strap, closed by an 18K pink gold Ardillon buckle in place of the white gold one.
