The Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle Complete Calendar Openface, reference 4020T/000R-B654, in 18K pink gold with an openworked slate-grey dial, on a grey alligator strap. Self-winding calibre 2460 QCL/2 with a complete calendar and precision moon phase; 41 mm, 11.05 mm high, certified to the Hallmark of Geneva.
This reference is Vacheron Constantin's Traditionnelle Complete Calendar Openface in 18K pink gold, 41 mm across and 11.05 mm high, with the collection's stepped lugs, slim bezel and fluted case back. The openface dial is built in three parts: a sapphire crystal with a slate-grey decorated segment across the upper section and a matching opaline flange around it, realistic moons set under translucent sapphire-crystal clouds, a blackened 18K gold central date hand with a white crescent, day and month shown by aperture, dauphine hands and applied hour-markers in 18K gold, over a railway-style minute track. It is worn on a grey alligator leather strap closed by an 18K pink gold Ardillon buckle.
The self-winding calibre 2460 QCL/2 shows day, month and date together with a precision moon phase, and the brand describes its main plate and bridges as given an anthracite NAC surface treatment, visible through the openworked dial. It measures 29 mm across and 5.4 mm high, with 308 parts and 27 jewels, running at 28,800 V.P.H. (4 Hz) for a stated 40-hour power reserve, and also carries a balance-stop function. The watch is certified to the Hallmark of Geneva, which the brand dates to 1886 as Geneva's own standard, now read as a mark of origin and reliability.
