The reference 4010T is Vacheron Constantin's Traditionnelle Complete Calendar, built in 18K pink gold, 41 mm across and 10.72 mm high, following what the brand calls the collection's usual codes -- a round case with lugs stepped away from it, a fluted caseback and a railway-style minute track swept by Dauphine-style hour and minute hands. The calendar's day and month windows sit around the rim of the dial rather than near the centre; a separate pointer hand marks the date, and the layout leaves room for what the brand calls a precision moon phase at 6 o'clock, shown against a night sky in 18K gold moons.
