The reference 1205F/000R-B622 is Vacheron Constantin's Égérie Quartz in 18K pink gold, the smallest case in the Égérie line at 30 mm across and 8.13 mm high. The opaline silvered dial carries the brand's pleated tapestry pattern, with an off-centred date shown inside a ring of 34 round-cut diamonds (approximately 0.1 carats); the bezel carries a further 62 round-cut diamonds and the crown carries a moonstone. The case back is solid rather than the sapphire case backs of the other Égérie references in the line, and the case is water-resistant to 30 m.
The movement is the quartz calibre 1207: 18.79 mm across, 2.22 mm high, with 39 parts and 7 jewels, driving hours, minutes, central seconds and a date shown by aperture.
