Bonbon Collection Fruits line, lemon motif
The RM 16-01 Citron belongs to the Fruits line of the Bonbon Collection, released in 2019. The Fruits models use gradient cases combining Carbon TPT® with Quartz TPT®, here in orange and yellow, with hand-painted acrylic motifs applied over the movement.
The dial carries lemon-slice and confectionery motifs in yellow, green and red against the openworked movement. The Bonbon Collection comprises 10 models across the RM 07-03, RM 16-01 and RM 37-01, each issued in 30 pieces.

- Gradient Carbon TPT® and Quartz TPT® caseThe Fruits models pair Carbon TPT® with coloured Quartz TPT® in gradient cases, machined so that the cut across the layers exposes the striations.
- Hand-painted acrylic motifsThe confectionery motifs are hand-painted acrylic, applied over the movement rather than printed on a dial.
- Sugar effectThe granular sugar effect is obtained from powdered enamel and hourglass sand. Some 3,000 miniature elements were made across the collection.
- Bonbon Collection compositionTen models across three references — RM 07-03, RM 16-01 and RM 37-01 — divided into a Fruits line and a Sweets line, the latter using two-tone ceramic with grand feu enamel or black-chromed titanium.
- MovementAutomatic winding. The calibre designation for the RM 16-01 is not established.
