Titanium case, dual time zone flyback chronograph

The RM 11-02 is the technical development of the RM 011, with the calibre RMAC1 superseded by the RMAC2. To the flyback chronograph, annual calendar, oversize date, 60-minute countdown timer and 24-hour totaliser it adds a UTC second time zone on a Super-LumiNova-filled hand, set by an additional pusher at 9 o’clock.

The tripartite case entails some 86 preliminary stamping and striking operations before cutting and milling, around 50 hours of machine set-up and programming, and more than 300 separate machining operations on five-axis CNC machines working to an accuracy of a few microns.
- UTC second time zoneA centrally mounted UTC hand filled with Super-LumiNova indicates a second time zone, set in one-hour increments by the additional pusher at 9 o’clock — the feature that most readily distinguishes the RM 11-02 case from the RM 011.
