Titanium case, Roberto Mancini flyback chronograph
The RM 11-01 in grade 5 titanium, the reference’s other production material, on a blue rubber strap with green outlining on the date and month apertures.
Auction records for titanium examples give a case size of 50 mm length by 42 mm width and describe the dial as semi-skeletonised. This example is on a blue rubber strap; green rubber is the fitment most often recorded for the reference.

Design and engineering
- Grade 5 titanium caseAn alloy of approximately 90% titanium, 6% aluminium and 4% vanadium, chosen for rigidity, corrosion resistance and low density. The tripartite case requires more than 200 machining operations and many parts are hand-finished.
- Match-time dialTwo 45-minute halves plus up to 15 minutes of stoppage time, with the flyback pusher at 4 o’clock returning the hand to 12 o’clock between halves and a second actuation giving 15 minutes of extra time and up to 5 minutes of stoppage.
- Green aperturesThe oversize date below 12 o’clock and the month indicator between 4 and 5 o’clock sit in green-outlined apertures.
- Calibre RMAC1Skeletonised automatic winding movement, 68 jewels, 28,800 vph, with variable-geometry rotor and a tachymetric scale carried over from the RM 011.
