Automatic Sport, Carbon TPT® execution
The RM 07-04 Automatic Sport is Richard Mille’s first women’s sports watch, developed over three years with six partner athletes. This is the Ester Ledecká model, and the only one of the six with a Carbon TPT® case; the other five use Quartz TPT®.
The complete watch weighs 36 grams including its Velcro-fastening fabric strap, and the movement was tested to confirm resistance to 5,000 g of acceleration.

Design and engineering

- Calibre CRMA8The most compact calibre developed by Richard Mille, skeletonised, with hours, minutes and a function selector. Its compactness increases assembly time considerably.
- Inverted function selectorA pusher at 4 o’clock selects neutral (N), winding (W) or hand-setting (H), protecting the winding stem from stress. The assembly is inverted relative to the brand’s other selectors so its kinematics are visible. A hand at 5 o’clock indicates the selected function.
- Shock resistance to 5,000 gThe movement underwent testing to confirm resistance to 5,000 g of acceleration.
- Platinum rotorA platinum rotor with OneWay® winding system and ceramic ball bearings winds the barrel efficiently while maintaining the movement’s compact dimensions.
- Grade 5 titanium architectureBaseplate, bridges and flange in grade 5 titanium with black PVD and electroplasma treatments, giving rigidity and precise surface flatness.
