The name corresponds to the RM 11-FM DOUX-LE, the RM 011 made for Doux Joaillier — the retailer founded by Richard Doux, whose first boutique opened in Avignon in 1965 and whose Saint-Tropez and Courchevel boutiques carried the collaboration. “LE” is the dealer abbreviation for the limited edition.
The case is 18k white gold throughout: a white gold caseband between a white gold bezel and caseback. The dial carries white Arabic numerals and a white tachymetric scale, with skeletonised hands filled with luminescent material and red and yellow hands on the chronograph and on the running seconds indicator at 3 o’clock. The watch is on a rubber strap with a folding clasp. Dealer records give the edition as 12 pieces.
