Red gold with a mother-of-pearl centre plate
An RM 007 in satin-finished red gold, with no stones on the case, on a black strap. A white mother-of-pearl centre plate sits over the black, partly skeletonised dial, with stone-set hour markers and the date window at 6 o’clock. The fluted crown, with its pointed cap, matches the case.
Released in 2005, the RM 007 was Richard Mille’s first watch for women, with a very elongated case shaped to fit snugly on the wrist. It arrived with a bi-directionally winding automatic movement whose rotor segment in sandblasted 18-carat gold holds more than 100 18-carat gold micro-balls in a transparent, PVD-coated container, reducing energy bursts during shocks.
