The Patek Philippe Gondolo Haute Joaillerie, reference 7042/100R-010, in rose gold, a cushion case set with 552 diamonds and 79 Akoya pearls, with a diamond-paved dial and rose gold leaf-shaped hands, on the rose gold bracelet. Manually wound calibre 215 behind a sapphire back; 31 × 34.8 mm, 7.95 mm high.
Patek Philippe gives the rose gold execution's setting in detail: 251 brilliant-cut diamonds (0.92 ct) paved on the dial in a circular pattern and 108 (0.36 ct) on the flange, 12 trapeze-cut diamond hour markers (0.14 ct), 78 baguette-cut diamonds (2.45 cts) on bezel and lugs, an Akoya pearl cabochon (0.14 ct) on the crown, 78 Akoya pearls (53.04 cts) on the bracelet between rose gold decorative links set with 48 princess-cut diamonds (2.4 cts), and 55 brilliant-cut diamonds (0.24 ct) on the rose gold fold-over clasp. Hour markers and leaf-shaped hands are rose gold.
The reference 7042/100 is the Gondolo Haute Joaillerie: a cushion-shaped case in the Art Deco manner, 31 × 34.8 mm and 7.95 mm high, set with diamonds in several cuts — Patek Philippe names brilliant, baguette, trapeze and princess — and with Akoya pearls the brand describes as perfectly rounded. Dial and dial flange carry 359 diamonds (1.28 cts), the hour markers are set with 12 trapeze-cut diamonds (0.14 ct), the bezel and lugs with 78 baguette diamonds (2.45 cts), and the crown with a single Akoya pearl cabochon (0.14 ct). The movement is the manually wound calibre 215, a compact movement 21.9 mm across and 2.55 mm high, with 117 parts and 18 jewels, a power reserve of at least 44 hours, a Spiromax® balance spring at 28,800 semi-oscillations an hour and the Patek Philippe Seal. It is shown through a sapphire crystal case back, which Patek Philippe presents as the point of pairing a jewellery watch with a mechanical movement. The dial plate is 18K gold, paved with diamonds in a circular setting, and the case is water-resistant to 30 m.
