The blue-black dial from 2010
The Patek Philippe Nautilus, reference 5711/1A-010, in stainless steel with a blue-black gradated dial: the version Patek Philippe made from 2010 until 2021, when the olive green 5711/1A-014 replaced it.
The reference 5711/1A-010 is the steel Nautilus with a blue-black gradated dial. Patek Philippe's April 2021 release explains its place: the steel Ref. 5711/1A, launched in 2006 for the collection's 30th anniversary, was first presented with a blue-black gradated dial as the 5711/1A-001 from 2006 to 2009, and as the 5711/1A-010 from 2010. In 2021 Patek Philippe replaced it with the 5711/1A-014 and its olive green sunburst dial, and announced that the steel 5711/1A would soon be discontinued.
For collectors
In Patek Philippe's own chronology the blue-black gradated dial belongs to two references: the 5711/1A-001 of 2006 to 2009, and the 5711/1A-010 from 2010 until its replacement in 2021.
