The A. Lange & Söhne 1815 Thin HONEYGOLD® “Homage to F. A. Lange”, reference 239.050, in an 18-carat HONEYGOLD® case, 38 mm across and 6.3 mm high, with a white dial. Manually wound calibre L093.1, on a dark brown alligator leather strap with a HONEYGOLD® prong buckle.
A. Lange & Söhne no longer makes this reference. Lange limits this version to 175 pieces; it belongs to the “Homage to F. A. Lange” edition.
Lange says this edition carries several traditional features, among them the railway-track minute scale, and recalls the pocket watches of Ferdinand Adolph Lange. The dial is enamelled copper.
The movement is calibre L093.1, manually wound, with 167 parts and a reserve of 72 hours; the balance beats at 21,600 semi-oscillations an hour (3.0 Hz). The case is 6.3 mm high, water resistant to 3 bar, with a sapphire glass case back. The strap is alligator leather, closed with a prong buckle in the case metal.
