The A. Lange & Söhne 1815 “Homage to Walter Lange”, reference 297.026, in an 18-carat white gold case, 40.5 mm across and 10.7 mm high, with an argenté dial. Manually wound calibre L1924, on a black alligator leather strap with a white gold prong buckle.
A. Lange & Söhne no longer makes this reference. Lange states that this model was introduced in 2017. Lange limits this version to 145 pieces. The case is 18-carat white gold, with a black alligator leather strap and a white gold prong buckle.
The 1815 “Homage to Walter Lange” is made as a limited edition, and Lange gives a separate piece count for each case metal. Lange describes the dial as solid silver and the hands as blued steel.
The movement is calibre L1924, manually wound, with 253 parts and a reserve of 60 hours; the balance beats at 21,600 semi-oscillations an hour (3.0 Hz). The case is 10.7 mm high, water resistant to 3 bar, with a sapphire glass case back. The strap is alligator leather, closed with a prong buckle in the case metal.
