This is the current GMT Balancier Convexe, which the brand presents as a revision of its predecessor: the case reduced to 42.9 mm, a power-reserve display added, and the movement's layout taken further. At its centre is a globe that turns once in 24 hours, flush with the sapphire crystal, around which the dial gives local time, universal time, a second time zone and day and night. 22 pieces in titanium.
The globe gives universal time and day/night at a glance, and the functions extend to worldtime across 24 time zones, a summer/winter indication with the cities observing daylight saving time, and a pusher for the GMT. The balance wheel system is inclined at 30° beneath a flat black-polished steel bridge, with the small seconds beside it; the new 72-hour reserve display is placed where it does not disturb the layout. The Convexe titanium case keeps the domed crystal and three-dimensional bezel of the line at 42.9 mm and 17.6 mm high, rated to 50 m, on a titanium bracelet or a hand-sewn rubber strap.
