The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Concept Flying Tourbillon, reference 26228BC.ZZ.D011CR.01, is cased in 18-carat white gold, 38.5 mm across and 11.6 mm high, set with baguette-cut diamonds, with a glareproofed sapphire crystal and caseback and a crown set with a translucent sapphire cabochon. Water resistance is rated to 20 m. The dial is openworked 18-carat white gold, set with baguette-cut diamonds, with openworked white gold hands with luminescent coating, and a white gold inner bezel set with baguette-cut diamonds. The hand-stitched "large square scale" white alligator strap fastens with an 18-carat white gold AP folding clasp set with baguette-cut diamonds; an additional white "constellation" rubber strap is included.
The movement is Calibre 2951, a hand-wound calibre giving a flying tourbillon, power reserve, hours and minutes. It is 29.5 mm across and 4.8 mm high, built from 225 parts holding 17 jewels, and runs at 3 Hz (21,600 vph) with a power reserve of 77 hours.
