The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding, reference 15550SR.OO.1356SR.02, is cased in stainless steel with an 18-carat pink gold bezel, 37 mm across and 9 mm high, with a glareproofed sapphire crystal and caseback. Water resistance is rated to 50 m. The dial is silver-toned, with the “Grande Tapisserie” pattern, pink gold applied hour-markers and Royal Oak hands with luminescent coating. The bracelet is stainless steel with 18-carat pink gold links, on an AP folding clasp.
The movement is Calibre 5900, a selfwinding calibre giving hours, minutes, centre seconds and date. It is 26.2 mm across and 3.9 mm high, built from 188 parts holding 29 jewels, and runs at 4 Hz (28,800 vph) with a power reserve of 60 hours.
