The Vacheron Constantin Patrimony Manual-Winding, reference 81180/000R-B518, in 18K pink gold with a midnight blue dial and dark blue alligator leather strap. Manual-winding calibre 1400 with hours and minutes only; 40 mm, 6.79 mm high, certified to the Hallmark of Geneva, with a solid, engravable case back.
The reference 81180/000R-B518 is Vacheron Constantin's Patrimony Manual-Winding, in 18K pink gold, 40 mm across and 6.79 mm high. Vacheron Constantin traces the hands' shape, curved to follow the dial, back to the Patrimony line's 1950s watches, set here against a midnight blue dial with a sunburst satin finish, a convex outer zone and a circular 'pearl' minute track, read by 18K gold baton-type hour and minute hands and applied hour-markers. The case back is solid rather than sapphire, which Vacheron Constantin says lets the owner have the watch engraved to their own choice. It comes on a dark blue alligator leather strap, closed by an 18K pink gold Ardillon buckle.
The manual-winding calibre 1400 drives only the hours and minutes: 20.65 mm across, 2.6 mm high, with 98 parts and 20 jewels, running at 28,800 V.P.H. (4 Hz) for a stated 38-hour power reserve.
