A diamond-paved dial behind the moon phase
The Vacheron Constantin Égérie Moon Phase, reference 8006F/000G-B499, in 18K white gold with a dial fully set with 510 diamonds, on a dark blue satin-effect calfskin strap with a white gold Ardillon buckle. Self-winding calibre 1088 L with moon phase and central seconds; 37 mm, 10.53 mm high.
This execution is in 18K white gold, on a dark blue satin-effect calfskin leather strap, closed by a white gold Ardillon buckle. It has a blued seconds hand, and Vacheron Constantin lists a further dark blue alligator strap for it.
The 18K gold dial is fully set with 510 round-cut diamonds (approximately 1.86 carats), with an off-centred moon phase framed by a further ring of 36 round-cut diamonds (approximately 0.1 carats), mother-of-pearl moons and translucent sapphire crystal clouds. The case measures 37 mm across and 10.53 mm high, water-resistant to 30 m, with a transparent sapphire case back.
The movement is the self-winding calibre 1088 L: 30 mm across, 5.03 mm high, 164 parts and 24 jewels, running at 28,800 V.P.H. (4 Hz) for a stated 40-hour power reserve, driving hours, minutes, central seconds, the moon phase and a balance-stop function.
