The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Dual Time, reference 7920V/000R-B336, in 18K pink gold with a silver-toned lacquered dial, worn on a red rubber strap with its pink gold clasp. Self-winding calibre 5110 DT/2 with a second time zone, day-night and date; 41 mm, 12 mm high, certified to the Hallmark of Geneva.
This execution is the same 41 mm Overseas Dual Time case and calibre 5110 DT/2 movement, in the same 18K pink gold, but on a silver-toned lacquered dial and worn primarily on a red rubber strap rather than the metal bracelet. The clasp is 18K pink gold, and a single further strap -- brown grained calfskin leather -- is supplied to interchange with it.
The reference 7920V is Vacheron Constantin's Overseas Dual Time, built on the self-winding calibre 5110 DT/2 in 18K pink gold or stainless steel, 41 mm across and 12 mm high. The complication combines a second time zone, read against the main hours and minutes, together with a day/night indicator and the date's own aperture; the dial carries a sunburst-finished centre with both a circular internal minute track and a velvet-finished outer one. Every execution is water-resistant to 150 m, with a transparent sapphire case back that also carries the antimagnetic marking.
The movement is calibre 5110 DT/2 -- 30.6 mm across, 6 mm high, 234 parts and 37 jewels -- running at 28,800 V.P.H. (4 Hz) for a stated 60-hour power reserve. It is certified to the Hallmark of Geneva; the brand's own account puts the mark's origin in 1886, when Geneva's Republic and Canton adopted it as their own finishing standard, and ties it today to where a piece was made and how well it was built rather than to one technical figure.
