The Vacheron Constantin Traditionnelle Tourbillon Chronograph, reference 5100T/000R-B623, in 18K pink gold with a silver-toned opaline dial, on a brown alligator strap. Manual-winding calibre 3200, tourbillon and single-push chronograph to 45 minutes; 42.5 mm, 11.7 mm high, certified to the Hallmark of Geneva.
The reference 5100T/000R-B623 is Vacheron Constantin's Traditionnelle Tourbillon Chronograph in 18K pink gold, combining a tourbillon with a single-push chronograph. The tourbillon cage takes the shape of the Maltese cross and is driven through an intermediary wheel mounted on the seconds display, which the brand says opens up a larger view onto the mechanism; small seconds are shown on the carriage itself. The silver-toned opaline dial carries a power-reserve indicator at 6 o'clock and a 45-minute chronograph counter at 3 o'clock, framed by a railway-style minute track and a tachymeter scale around the dial's edge. Hour and minute hands are 18K gold dauphine-style; the chronograph hands are blackened, in steel for the seconds hand and 18K gold for the minute and power-reserve hands. The case measures 42.5 mm across and 11.7 mm high, water-resistant to 30 m, on a brown alligator strap closed by a pink gold triple folding clasp.
The manual-winding calibre 3200 drives both complications: 32.8 mm across, 6.7 mm high, 292 parts and 39 jewels, running at 18,000 V.P.H. (2.5 Hz) for a stated 65-hour power reserve. The watch is certified to the Hallmark of Geneva; the brand's own account dates the mark to 1886, when the Republic and Canton of Geneva adopted it as their standard for watches finished to that quality, and ties it to provenance, craftsmanship and reliability.
