A fully diamond-set dial on the Self-Winding case
The Vacheron Constantin Égérie Self-Winding, reference 4606F/000R-B648, in 18K pink gold with a dial fully set with 574 diamonds, on a brown satin strap with a gem-set Ardillon buckle. Self-winding calibre 1088 with date and central seconds; 35 mm, 9.52 mm high, with a further alligator strap included.
The reference 4606F is Vacheron Constantin's Égérie Self-Winding. The dial is an 18K gold disc fully set with 574 round-cut diamonds (approximately 1.50 carats), with an off-centred date shown inside a further ring of 34 round-cut diamonds (approximately 0.1 carats); the crown carries a rose-cut diamond. The case measures 35 mm across and 9.52 mm high, water-resistant to 30 m, with a transparent sapphire case back.
Inside is the self-winding calibre 1088: 20.8 mm across, 3.83 mm high, 144 parts and 24 jewels, running at 28,800 V.P.H. (4 Hz) for a stated 40-hour power reserve, driving hours, minutes, central seconds, the date and a balance-stop function. The watch is supplied with two interchangeable straps, each closed by a gem-set Ardillon buckle in the case's own metal.
