This is Vacheron Constantin's Patrimony Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin in 18K pink gold, a 41 mm case, 8.91 mm high, water-resistant to 30 m with a transparent sapphire case back. The calendar is read entirely by hands rather than through apertures: hours, minutes, a hand-type day and month, and a leap-year counter running to 48 months, set out on a midnight blue, sunburst-finished dial with a 'pearl'-style minute track built from 48 polished 18K gold pearls. At the dial's centre, an 18K gold moon disc carries a champlevé enamel sky with two hand-decorated moons. The brand states the calendar mechanism keeps correct until the year 2100.
