The Vacheron Constantin Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin, reference 4300V/220G-H151, in 18K white gold with a burgundy-lacquered dial and a moon phase against a starry sky, on the white gold bracelet. Self-winding calibre 1120 QP with a hand-read perpetual calendar and moon phase; 41.5 mm, 8.1 mm high, certified to the Hallmark of Geneva.
The reference 4300V is Vacheron Constantin's Overseas Perpetual Calendar Ultra-Thin, in which the brand pairs a fine-watchmaking complication with the collection's sport-inspired case. The case is 41.5 mm across and 8.1 mm high, water-resistant to 50 m, with a transparent sapphire case back and an antimagnetic marking on it. The dial carries a sunburst-finished centre and a velvet-textured minute track, a moon-phase display against a starry sky rendered in 18K gold with two gold moons; the hour-markers and hands are 18K gold, picked out in blue SuperLuminova®. The bracelet's links are shaped, on the brand's own account, to show the Maltese cross.
The self-winding calibre 1120 QP is Vacheron Constantin's ultra-thin base fitted with a perpetual calendar module: 29.6 mm across, 4.05 mm high, 276 parts and 36 jewels, running at 19,800 V.P.H. (2.75 Hz) with a stated 40-hour power reserve. The calendar is read entirely by hands -- day, month and a leap-year counter running to 48 months -- and Vacheron Constantin states the display will read the correct date until the year 2100. The movement is certified to the Hallmark of Geneva; the brand's own account traces the mark to 1886, when the Republic and Canton of Geneva adopted it as their standard, tying it today to provenance and workmanship rather than one technical figure. The bracelet, closed by its own triple folding clasp in the case metal, can be swapped for two rubber straps supplied to match the dial, using a spare Ardillon buckle in the case metal.
