This execution is the Moonlight Slivers on calibre 2460, in 18K 5N pink gold. The strap is dark blue alligator leather, and the triple folding clasp is 18K pink gold.
The reference 2405A is Vacheron Constantin's Métiers d'Art piece Tribute to Traditional Symbols - Moonlight Slivers, worn on a dark blue alligator strap. The motif is what the brand calls the Seawater Cliff -- water set against a mountain, which the brand presents as a Chinese symbol of lasting unity, stability, prosperity and long life. The 18K gold dial sits on a blue Grand Feu enamel base, with the motif's other elements hand-engraved in 18K gold or set with 236 brilliant-cut diamonds totalling around 0.29 carats; the brand credits enamelling, hand-engraving and diamond-setting together for the piece, and the same motif continues onto the winding rotor on the reverse. Leaf-shaped hour and minute hands are also 18K gold. The case is 38 mm across and 9.88 mm high, with a transparent sapphire case back, water-resistant to 30 m.
