From the Bonbon Collection’s Fruits line, in an edition of 30
The Bonbon Collection was introduced in 2019 across three existing references — the RM 07-03, the RM 16-01 and the RM 37-01 — as ten models, each in an edition of 30 pieces, after eighteen months of development under artistic director Cécile Guenat. It divides into two lines: Fruits and Sweets.
Cerise belongs to the Fruits line, which pairs Carbon TPT® with Quartz TPT® in a different hue for each model to give a colour-gradient case. On this one the middle case is cherry-toned and the inner dial rim a deeper pink. The dial carries two candied lemon wedges, two candied orange slices, a popsicle, two lollipops, four sour tongues, two green gumdrops and two blue gumdrops, and the strap is pink rubber.

Design and engineering
- Hand-painted miniature sculpturesAcross the collection, 3,000 miniatures were painted in acrylics and lacquered by hand. A sugar-coating effect was achieved using powdered enamel and the fine sand used in hourglasses.
- Titanium confection platesThe candies sit on plates of grade 5 titanium, machined and skeletonised like horological components rather than applied to a dial.
- Colour-gradient caseCarbon TPT® combined with Quartz TPT®, so that the case shifts in tone across its depth; the striations of both composites differ from piece to piece.
- Oversize dateSemi-instantaneous, placed horizontally under 12 o’clock, driven by two skeletonised calendar discs over a white field.
- Function selectorA push-button at 4 o’clock selects winding, neutral and hand-setting with a single push; an aperture at 4 o’clock shows W, N or H. A second push-button at 10 o’clock corrects the date.
- Variable-geometry rotorHeavy external outside edge and edge ring in ARCAP, weight segment in heavy metal, ceramic ball bearings and a OneWay® winding system, allowing the winding rate to be matched to the wearer.
