The calibre RMAS7 carries an oversize date mechanism inspired by the RM 011 and a variable-geometry rotor, and runs at 4 Hz with 32 jewels. Its skeletonisation took more than ten months to finalise because the cut-away pattern could not be allowed to reduce the movement’s strength or shock resistance.
